Office Manager

Altium is seeking an Office Manager. This position is responsible for success of our organization by providing a broad range of administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general office administration.

    • Physical office organization

    • Order and maintain office supplies.

    • Coordinate shipping and receiving of overnight packages.

  • Support COO/Partners of firm by acting as liaison between firm and various vendors to oversee all deadlines, deliverables, and communications.​​

    • IT Vendor and help desk: Mange IT vendor and IT helpdesk of outside IT vendor and IT help desk.

    • Outside Insurance Brokers

    • Landlord and Building staff

    • Manage Firm subscriptions through various vendors.

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting logistics for departmental internal meetings

  • Manage ad-hoc projects when necessary



  • Four-year college degree or equivalent required

  • Two to four years of administrative experience in a corporate environment

  • High proficiency in MS Office - especially a mastery of Outlook, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Detailed orientated. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to multi-task

  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM preferred
