Altium Wealth is seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing Client Service team. The Client Service team directly impacts the client experience and is vital to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between clients and advisors in delivering high touch service model

  • Coordination and preparation for client meetings

  • Manage client data within CRM and monitor to ensure accuracy

  • Coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance

  • Schedule/confirm client meetings

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Financial Services preferred (not required)

  • Strong organizational and follow up skills, detail oriented

  • Experience with maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel a plus)

  • Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

  • Able to multi-task and be flexible to handle multiple deadlines
