Client Service Coordinator

Altium Wealth is seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing Client Service team. The Client Service team directly impacts the client experience and is vital to the success of the organization. This role involves relationship management, service delivery, trouble-shooting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lasting relationships with clients

  • Proactively communicate with clients

  • Coordination and preparation for client meetings including the investment and insurance materials

  • Manage client data within CRM and monitor to ensure accuracy

  • Serve as point person for external advisors and coordinate all aspects of service

  • Schedule and confirm client meetings



  • Bachelor's degree

  • Two to five years of life insurance and/or investment service experience in the financial services industry

  • Ability to create and manage paperwork for investment accounts

  • Experience with maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment

  • High proficiency in MS Office - especially a mastery of Outlook, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

  • Strong organizational and follow up skills; detail oriented

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills; ability to prioritize throughout the day

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to multi-task and be flexible to handle multiple deadlines

  • Ability to partner and collaborate with internal partners
