Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating and implementing marketing, branding, and strategic initiatives to further the firm’s goals, increase brand awareness, and achieve greater market exposure. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Strategic Operations team to handle daily marketing tasks in addition to assisting in the implementation of firm wide communications initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Update, maintain and organize firm marketing materials and collateral.

  • Assist in firm-wide branding initiatives, including rebrand and website design.

  • Update and maintain the firm website.

  • Coordinate firm blog postings and manage editorial calendar.

  • Assist with drafting and preparing firm email marketing campaigns.

  • Draft, post, and maintain calendar of social media content.

  • Compile analytics reporting of digital initiatives.

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of client-facing marketing materials.

  • Maintain and coordinate inventory of branded collateral and promotional items.

  • Facilitate and coordinate sponsorship/membership opportunities.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, including creative agency, public relations, production and promotional.

  • Assist in coordinating internal and external events.

  • Research on potential clients, competitors, and industries of interest.

  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of award submissions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.

  • Resourceful, self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Superior organizational and project management skills and high-level of attention to detail.

  • Creative and proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to grasp and implement new concepts quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong proofreader.

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Understanding of design and production concepts and processes.

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Experience with social media platforms, WordPress, and Wix.

  • Experience with Pardot, a plus.

  • Experience with CRM system, specifically Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, a plus.

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly master new applications and software.
