Office Manager

Altium is an eleven-year-old financial services company.  It has grown 40 percent a year since its inception. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general office administration.

  • Physical office organization.

  • Order and maintain office supplies.

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of overnight packages.

  • Support COO/Partners of firm by acting as liaison between firm and various vendors to oversee all deadlines, deliverables, and communications.

  • IT Vendor and help desk: Mange IT vendor and IT help desk of outside IT vendor and IT help desk.

  • Liaison to landlord and building staff.

  • Manage firm subscriptions through various vendors.

  • Schedule and coordinate meeting logistics for departmental internal meetings.

  • Manage ad-hoc projects when necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Two to four years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.

  • High proficiency in MS Office - especially a mastery of Outlook, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail orientated.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to multi-task.

  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM preferred.
