Altium Wealth Management, LLC announces the appointment of two new members to its advisory team. Scott Tasch has been named Director and Greg Slater has been named Portfolio Manager, both effective immediately.

In his role as director, Tasch will co-lead Altium’s private client team. This group is responsible for the development, communication and implementation of planning strategies for the firm’s private clients.
Tasch joins Altium after 12 years at Opus Advisory Group, where he most recently served as managing director. He was named to Westchester Magazine’s FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Managers in 2011 and 2012, and was recognized among Connecticut Magazine’s 40 under 40 in 2011. He also served as a member of the national Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Investment Committee from 2007-2010. Tasch received his bachelor’s degree from Marist College.
As a portfolio manager, Slater will work in a leadership capacity within Altium’s portfolio management team, assisting clients in all aspects of their wealth management.
Most recently, Slater worked on the portfolio management team at Opus Advisory Group from 2011-2014. His past roles include those as an institutional equity research analyst with Prudential Securities and a portfolio strategy analyst for a private wealth advisory firm.
Slater received his bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®).
