Altium Wealth is looking for a dynamic professional to join our growing Client Service team. Our client Service team directly impacts our client experience and is important to the success of the organization.
Please note - this person would be expected to be in the office every day.
Liaison between clients and advisors and expected to deliver remarkable service both externally and internally
Coordination and preparation for client meetings, including post-meeting documentation and follow ups
Schedule meetings including confirmation emails
Use the group’s different applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete/coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance requests
Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to make sure client’s needs are met while following compliance standards
Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor to ensure accuracy
Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies
Other responsibilities as may be assigned

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferably a Minimum 5-year experience with Financial Services and/or Client Service
BA/BS degree preferred
Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel a plus)
Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

Altium is seeking a trading operations analyst to join our investment platform team, working onsite at our Purchase, NY office. Altium’s platform team manages roughly $5B in assets through a combination of workflows, processes, and applications. You will initially work directly with a senior trader until you are trained in all areas of the platform. You will have autonomous responsibilities yet will work with the other platform team members and the other departments within the firm.

Work closely with advisors to set up client portfolios for trading
Use portfolio rebalancing system to analyze and approve daily trades
Closely monitor account filters created to identify opportunities to trade client accounts
Create ad hoc trade reports as requested
Data maintenance within several systems across the investment platform
Collaborate with various internal departments, custodians, broker-dealers, partners and 3rd party venders to ensure operational efficiency
Assist in the trade settlement/reconciliation process
Bachelor’s degree
2-3+ years financial services experience preferably in a trading support/back office role
Detail oriented with strong organization skills
Proficient with Excel
Experience with the following tools: EZE, Black Diamond, Bloomberg, Salesforce or other OMS/EMS a plus
Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance
